The start of your journey into a unique architecturally designed home. Sit down with out construction experts and explore your needs and wants for your new home. Explore the diverse range that Luxtra Homes offers and understand the construction process.
Choose from a great range of floorplans we have on offer or if you have something else in mind create a custom home. We take the time to explore new ideas with you for changes you may have for our standard floorplans to make it fit to your family lifestyle.
A New Homes Contract specific to your build is prepared. We make this part easy for you by explaining and taking the time to ensure you understand your New Home Contract. You can take time and ask questions to allow you to make the best choices for the upcoming family home.
Luxtra Homes provides the added advantage of allowing the time for any additional service of religious ceremonies and requests families may have before the commencement of the site or at the slab stage.
Once everything is completed and you have been putting your feet up for a while, we will attend after the first month and complete a walk through to check that everything is in check. We are proud to offer a continuing after care of your home, so that it always in the best shape for your family.
