My original plan was to extend my existing property with a self contained unit and to repair structural issues to the existing house. Luxtra Homes offered me a significant solution, to knock down and rebuild, creating a duplex style home that was to add to the overall value of my property significantly and allow me to have a duplex style self contained unit attached to the main residence.
From demolition to the finalisation of the new build, Luxtra Homes took every precaution to ensure the design was exactly as we had discussed whilst being mindful of keeping the price as low as possible.
The workmanship was excellent with quality trades utilised throughout the build. I have built during changing market conditions, yet they met the required deadline of the handover of the property whilst keeping communication lines open at all times.
I felt very taken care of with Luxtra Homes, and now am living in my lovely brand new double storey home. Luxtra Homes have been very supportive and professional all the way through. I’m very grateful I built with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
